Seized and piracy goods
The provisions of Law on customs measures for protection of intellectual property rights no.06/L-015 shall not apply to: goods which are released to free circulation under the end use regime; goods of non-commercial nature contained in travellers’ personal luggage; and goods which are manufactured by a person with the consent of the right holder or to goods, which are manufactured by a person legally authorized by the right holder to manufacture a certain quantity of goods, in excess of quantities on which the person and the right holder have agreed.
